Job Description:

Join this specialized NICU setting as a Registered Nurse, where you'll step into an environment dedicated to the most delicate patients. This contract offers an opportunity to handle advanced procedures such as invasive and noninvasive ventilation, UVC maintenance, and surfactant administration. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing essential care for neonates with conditions like RDS, Extreme Prematurity, and Sepsis. This role demands at least two years of NICU experience, certifies including BCLS and NRP, and a focus on the unique needs of premature and critically ill newborns. Be prepared to float within scope to other pediatric and WBN units as needed, and enjoy a schedule that balances intensity with meaningful impact in a dynamic NICU team.
