Job Description:

Join a vibrant MedSurg/Tele unit as a Registered Nurse in Shelby, North Carolina, for an engaging 13-week contract. This role involves providing experienced nursing care to patients with a variety of diagnoses, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurological conditions, in a fast-paced environment. Expect to interpret cardiac rhythms, manage non-titrating cardiac drips like Cardizem and Amiodarone, and handle routine procedures such as IV starts, wound dressings, and blood product administration. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts, offering the chance to experience the city's unique evening atmosphere. Work alongside supportive staff including a charge nurse and a dedicated team, while utilizing EPIC EMR and advanced equipment such as Alaris pumps and Omnicell medication dispensing systems. Floating between regional facilities is required within your scope, providing versatility in your nursing experience.
