Job Description:

This ICU contract offers a chance to work in Salem’s Level III Trauma Center, a 20-bed Medical ICU (MICU) setting with a diverse adult patient population. You will be responsible for managing critically ill patients with conditions such as Sepsis, Respiratory Failure, Cardiac Arrest, and Renal Failure. The unit requires floating to Medical/Surgical units with a telemetry competency and handling up to 4-5 patients when floated. Shifts are 12-hour nights, providing an immersive experience in adult critical care alongside attending physicians and residents. This role is ideal for an experienced ICU nurse looking for a rewarding contract in a busy, well-equipped hospital where you will directly influence patient outcomes during your shifts.
