Job Description:

This CT Technician position involves working in a fast-paced outpatient setting, primarily performing CT scans and X-ray procedures on adult and pediatric patients. The role requires expertise in a variety of imaging techniques, including abdominal, pelvic, head, neck, and musculoskeletal scans. The technician will be responsible for starting IVs, operating Siemens and Samsung imaging equipment, and completing approximately 8-9 IV starts daily. The shift is three consecutive 12-hour days, from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with occasional float to other facilities. This assignment offers the opportunity to experience diverse imaging scenarios, including cardiac CTs, perfusion studies, and emergency department exams. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently while adhering to strict compliance and punctuality policies, especially since this is a first-time travel assignment for many.
