Job Description:

Join a specialized LDRP unit within Nashville's Women’s Services Department, focusing on labor, delivery, and postpartum care. As a traveler, you will assist in the OB/Assist OR and float across various RN specialties, including ED, Med Surg, Tele, NICU, and more. Your role involves supporting patient flow, assisting with OB procedures, and ensuring compliance with critical certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and NRP. This assignment offers a hands-on experience in a high-acuity environment where adaptability and quick thinking are essential. The facility values team players who can adapt to scheduled cancellations and work within their scope of practice, including potential charge or preceptor responsibilities. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts over a 13-week contract, providing continuity in patient care while experiencing the vibrant Nashville healthcare scene.
