Job Description:

Join a dedicated team on a 13-week contract as a Step-down Registered Nurse in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This role involves working four 12-hour day shifts weekly (07:00-19:30) on a 22-bed stepdown unit. You'll be responsible for caring for patients in a specialized setting requiring at least two years of experience, with occasional floating as needed. The position offers the chance to work with advanced protocols, requiring certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS, with CPI preferred. You will be scheduled for every other weekend and holiday, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week, totaling 48 hours divided across the week. Local candidates are not accepted; travelers must reside at least 50 miles away from the facility.
