Job Description:

This travel surgical technologist position offers an engaging opportunity to work in a bustling hospital setting, with the chance to float between the main operating room and sterile processing department. You’ll play a vital role in preparing the operating room, managing sterile fields, passing instruments during open heart and cardiovascular surgeries, and ensuring supplies are ready for each procedure. The schedule consists of 8-hour shifts over 13 weeks, with a focus on proficiency in scrub open heart cases and adaptability across departments. Past travel experience and at least 2 years of clinical work are required; local candidates are not eligible. This role provides a hands-on experience in a variety of surgical environments, making each day both challenging and rewarding.
