Job Description:

Join a busy Endoscopy unit as a Registered Nurse in Carmel, Indiana, for a 13-week healthcare contract. This role involves providing specialized care for pediatric and adult patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, including upper and lower GI, bronchoscopy, and EBUS. You'll work 10-hour day shifts, and your responsibilities will encompass pre-procedure preparations, intraprocedural support, and post-procedure recovery. The assignment offers opportunities to float within scope to PACU if needed, with a focus on maintaining high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Certification requirements include ACLS, BLS, and PALS, and candidates must have at least two years of recent endoscopy experience. This position requires working some major holidays with guaranteed hours ranging from 36 to 48 hours per week, depending on shift type. Expect to be part of a dedicated team handling high volumes, with a focus on both pediatric and adult cases, including procedures requiring Bronchoscopy and Cerner charting.
