Job Description:

Join our team as an Adult Respiratory Therapist in Charleston, South Carolina, for a 13-week contract at a leading teaching hospital. You'll work overnight shifts, providing critical respiratory support in the Ashley River Tower, a facility known for its advanced cardiac and thoracic care. This role involves handling complex adult patients in intensive care settings, including post-op cardiac and lung transplant patients, with responsibilities focused on ventilator management, airway support, and respiratory diagnostics. The job offers an engaging mix of technical expertise and critical decision-making, all within a vibrant hospital environment that values teamwork and skill. Expect a mix of on-call duties and floating to related units if needed, with a schedule of 36 hours per week, primarily during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
