Job Description:

This CVOR Scrub Tech position at Winchester Medical Center offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced surgical environment with a focus on vascular and thoracic cases. The role involves assisting in surgeries with a minimum of two years’ experience, including cardiac procedures, and requires floating to the main OR as needed. Expect to help with complex cardiac equipment such as IABP and ECMO, and to coordinate with a dedicated team in a facility that values precision and teamwork. The assignment features four 10-hour days per week, providing a consistent schedule with potential on-call shifts that include weekends and holidays. Your expertise will contribute directly to surgeon success and patient outcomes in a supportive setting that emphasizes skill and professionalism.
