Job Description:

Join us as a Surgical Tech in Indianapolis, working in a fast-paced surgical services department. This 13-week assignment involves scrubbed liver transplant procedures, requiring independence in liver recipient transplants and experience with large open belly cases, general, urology, thoracic, gyn, plastics, Whipple, and liver resections. You'll be scheduled for three 12-hour daytime shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., including weekends, with additional call hours totaling 40-60 hours over six weeks. This role is perfect for a seasoned surgical technician with at least two years of experience and certification in BCLS and NBSTSA, who thrives on a busy schedule and complex cases. The surgical volume averages 35 cases daily across 22 rooms, utilizing advanced equipment like the DaVinci XI. If you're experienced in transplant procedures and comfortable with weekend work and call commitments, this opportunity offers a rewarding challenge in a vibrant setting.
