Job Description:

Join a Med/Surg unit that blends a variety of patient care responsibilities, including a thriving Swing Bed Program and occasional PCU-level cases. As a travel nurse, you'll work the overnight 12-hour night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, with every other holiday and weekend off. No on-call hours are required. The team is engaged, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality care within a facility recognized for safety and excellence. Your role will involve managing patient assignments based on workload and care level, with patient ratios typically around 1:5 for Med/Surg, 1:5-6 for Swing Bed, and 1:3-4 for PCU when on drips.
