Job Description:

Join a specialized cellular therapy unit as a BMT Registered Nurse on a 13-week night shift contract in Indianapolis. You'll work three 12-hour night shifts each week, providing care in a setting that combines stem cell transplants, chemotherapy, and critical care. This role involves floating to oncology or medical-surgical units as needed and includes exposure to autologous and allogeneic transplants, CAR-T therapies, and TILS procedures. Prior experience in stem cell treatments, oncology, and critical care is required, along with valid ACLS, BLS, Chemo, and NIHSS certifications. Expect to work with ratios of 1:3-4, guaranteed 36 hours weekly, and participate in every 3rd weekend and holiday clusters. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to develop specialized skills in a cutting-edge field, all while making a tangible difference in patient journeys.
