Job Description:

Join a dedicated step-down nursing team at a reputable hospital in Saint Joseph, Missouri. This 13-week assignment involves working three 12-hour night shifts each week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. As a registered nurse on this unit, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment that requires both technical expertise and compassionate communication. The hospital, a Level II Trauma and Stroke Center, offers a variety of complex cases, giving you the chance to hone your skills in patient monitoring, assessments, and documentation, primarily using EPIC charting. Locals are accepted at a reduced rate within a 50-mile radius, and pending licenses are acceptable provided they are in hand prior to start. This position offers a consistent schedule and a chance to make a difference in a community-focused healthcare setting.
