Job Description:

Join a vibrant Cath Lab team in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, for a 13-week contract as a Radiology/Cardiology Tech. This role offers a unique opportunity to support vascular surgery procedures outside of scheduled hours, providing imaging and scrub coverage in a hybrid vascular room. You'll participate in arterial, visceral, and venous interventions, including AAA stent placements and peripheral procedures. Your responsibilities include preparing trays, operating imaging equipment, assisting with wires, catheters, and devices, and managing radiation safety. The shift runs from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM on a 4x10 schedule, with call that begins at 4:00 PM and ends at 7:30 AM weekdays, plus 24-hour call on weekends. Expect to support three vascular surgeons through diverse and engaging interventional radiology procedures, making this role both technically challenging and professionally rewarding.
