Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment is tailored for experienced RN med/surg/tele nurses ready to step into a vibrant hospital setting in Charlotte, NC. You will be working 12-hour night shifts within a 36-hour weekly schedule, providing care for patients with complex GI surgeries, trauma overflow, and a variety of medical conditions. The role involves managing busy units with patient ratios ranging from 1:4-6, occasionally up to 1:7-8, and supporting the team with skills like cardiac rhythm interpretation, chest tube management, and medication gtt administration. You'll collaborate with a partial support team including CNAs, RTs, and hospitalists, utilizing advanced technology such as EPIC EMR, Alaris IV pumps, and Omnicell medication dispensers. Expect to float regionally as needed, adapting seamlessly within your scope of practice.
