Job Description:

Join us as a healthcare professional in a 12-hour night shift role at Trident Medical Center, a busy Level II Trauma Center in Charleston, SC. In this position, you'll be working specifically on the 4th floor / Neuro unit, providing critical support during overnight hours. Expect to handle a patient load with ratios of approximately 6-7:1, contributing to patient safety through hourly safety rounds and bedside shift reports. Your tasks will focus on operational and supportive duties, utilizing standard Meditech documentation and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a facility known for its advanced services and strong team collaboration. Note: Some floating to similar units may be required based on hospital needs.
