Job Description:

Step into the role of Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Johnson City, Tennessee. This night shift position covers Fridays through Sundays, with every other Thursday off, working 12-hour nights from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment that handles general OR cases, pediatric general surgeries, and trauma situations, offering a mix of challenging and rewarding experiences. Ideal for nurses with at least two years of operating room experience who are comfortable working in trauma settings and supporting clinical education efforts. This assignment includes a structured orientation, online Monday-Saturday, and leaves room for flexibility on additional shifts based on hospital needs. Live within 100 miles of the facility to ensure compliance and on-time start. Additional overtime shifts are available to support census and resource needs, with a focus on teamwork and flexibility. This role provides an engaging opportunity to work in a prominent trauma center while contributing to the education of future nurses in a supportive environment.
