Job Description:

This 13-week assignment in the ICU at a prominent Phoenix hospital offers an engaging opportunity for experienced ICU RNs. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts, delivering high-level care to critically ill patients with complex needs, including cardiac surgery recovery, lung transplants, and ECMO support. The role emphasizes technical proficiency with invasive procedures, mechanical circulatory support, and high-acuity patient management. Travelers will experience a fast-paced environment where sterile technique, quick decision-making, and collaboration are vital. This assignment provides a chance to sharpen advanced nursing skills while exploring one of Arizona's vibrant cities. Please note, a valid Level I Trauma certification and pass in dysrhythmia exams are required prior to acceptance.
