Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel assignment as a Step Down Registered Nurse in beautiful St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you'll provide essential night-hift support on a step-down unit, managing patients with vasopressor titration, sedation medication, insulin drips, trach vents, and other critical interventions. This position offers the unique opportunity to experience a fast-paced hospital environment where your skills in patient monitoring and bedside care truly make a difference. The shift runs from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 36 guaranteed hours per week over three days, giving you ample time to explore the city in your off hours.

Job Specifics:

Location: St. Louis, MO
Shift: Night, 12 hours (19:00 – 07:30)
Duration: 13 weeks, with 36 hours guaranteed per week
This role requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting, with proficiency in titration of vasopressors, sedation meds, insulin drips, and managing trach vents, art lines, external pacemakers, and chest tubes. Certification in ACLS, BCLS, and NIH are mandatory. Flexibility is provided for float within scope to different floors as needed, ensuring a varied and enriching work experience.
