Job Description:

Join a fast-paced emergency department in the heart of Washington, D.C., as a clinical supervisor on a 13-week night shift assignment. This role is ideal for experienced ER nurses who thrive in managing critical care situations, including medication titrations, arterial lines, and mass transfusions. You'll coordinate complex nursing care, ensuring patient safety and delivering a high-quality experience across a diverse patient population—ranging from urgent care and pediatric cases to trauma and psych patients. With a focus on leadership, you'll supervise staff and facilitate operations during overnight hours in an urban setting bustling with healthcare challenges.
