Job Description:

Join our team for a six-month adventure in Salem, where you'll provide vital emergency care in a 65-bed emergency department known for handling approximately 230 visits daily. This role offers a unique opportunity to work night shifts (12 hours) in a pod-based unit with dedicated pediatric and mental health areas. You'll apply your assessment, documentation, IV, phlebotomy, EKG, cardiac monitoring, and patient education skills, ensuring urgent needs are met with precision and compassion. The unit operates with a low rotation schedule, giving you stability and focus while handling all patient types in a fast-paced environment. Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS is required, with NRP and TNCC strongly preferred. Expect to be challenged and appreciated for your critical thinking and teamwork in this rewarding setting.
