Job Description:

Join us for an exciting 13-week contract in the heart of Washington, D.C., as a Labor and Delivery RN. This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced nurses to work 12-hour rotating shifts, primarily leaning towards night shifts, in a bustling maternity ward that handles a diverse array of obstetric cases. You will be responsible for managing patients from admission through delivery, including scheduled C-sections, external cephalic versions, and triage. The setting provides an engaging environment with frequent activity—perfect for those who thrive on varied, fast-paced work. Your expertise with electronic fetal monitoring and Cerner documentation will be essential to ensuring smooth workflows and positive outcomes.
