Job Description:

Join a rewarding travel respiratory therapy assignment in Council Bluffs, where you'll work with adults, pediatrics, and newborn patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. This 13-week contract features 12-hour day shifts, giving you ample time to explore your surroundings between treatments. You'll be performing approximately 30-40 treatments daily, including drawing ABGs and assisting with occasional EKGs. Your expertise in ventilator management with Drager, V-60, Vapotherms, and other equipment will be essential. This role offers a balanced mix of autonomy and support, with in-house intensivists and hospitalists available around the clock. What makes this position unique is working in diverse units such as ER, ICU, peds, nursery, and sleep lab, providing a dynamic environment to hone your skills while making a meaningful impact.
