Job Description:

Join a busy hospital’s Operating Room team in Nashville, TN, for a 26-week travel assignment working 12-hour day shifts. This role offers circulating experience in a Level 1 trauma, 1000+ bed facility, focusing on a variety of surgical specialties including neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, and transplant surgeries. Travel nurses will be expected to float between ORs and handle multiple case types but will not scrub. No patient care is involved in this position — it’s all about supporting the surgical teams to ensure smooth procedures. The role requires a minimum of 2 years OR experience and prior travel experience, with a license on file at submission. Late stays are typical, lasting until OR cases conclude, especially during busy times like summer or holidays. This assignment is perfect for experienced circulating nurses looking to expand their skills in a large, fast-paced hospital setting.
