Job Description:

Join a respected Level I Trauma Center in Montgomery, AL, for a 13-week travel nursing assignment that promises a variety of challenging and rewarding experiences. As a MedSurg RN, you'll care for a diverse patient population across multiple units, including trauma/surgical, neuroscience, oncology, orthopedics, and urology. The role involves managing patient loads typically of 1:4, providing direct bedside support, wound dressing changes, IV starts, and participating in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with excellent resources like Cerner EMR and Plum 360 pumps. This assignment offers a great chance for first-time travelers with at least 18 months of experience in MedSurg or ICU, especially those familiar with Epic or Cerner systems. Expect engaging patient interactions and the opportunity to develop specialized skills while working with a supportive team committed to delivering high-quality care.
