Job Description:

Join this specialized Pediatric Stepdown RN role in Chicago, where you'll be part of a unique inpatient unit dedicated to caring for children with complex chronic conditions. This is a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts, specifically designed for experienced nurses comfortable managing technology-dependent pediatric patients, including those with tracheostomies and ventilators. Expect to work with a wide age range from 2 weeks to 18 years old, within a single dynamic unit that features all pediatric specialties. While there's no surgical or drip patient load, your expertise with vents, trachs, and G tubes will be key to providing top-notch care in this specialized environment.
