Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in Northport, Alabama, as a Physical Therapist in this 13-week contract opportunity. You'll work 8-hour days from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with one weekend shift required each month and holiday coverage as needed. This role involves providing comprehensive therapy services on inpatient and acute units, primarily focusing on geriatric, neurological, stroke, and amputation patients. It’s a chance to apply your expertise in a setting that challenges and rewards, with a workload of approximately 6 patients per day. Expect to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with care teams and families, and perform therapeutic interventions that make a real difference in patients’ recovery journeys.
