Job Description:

Join a specialized SICU travel nursing team in the vibrant city of New Orleans, where you'll be providing critical care to high-acuity surgical recovery patients. This 19-week contract offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts, caring for post-op patients ranging from cardiac surgery to transplant recoveries, including liver, heart, lung, kidney, and pancreas transplants. The role involves floating to other ICUs and SDUs as needed, with a focus on post-op management, including PA catheters and balloon pumps. Be prepared for emergency team assignments, where your adaptability and readiness to respond swiftly will be valued.
