Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week travel nursing opportunity on a progressive step-down cardiac unit in Kearney, Nebraska. This role involves night shifts of 12 hours, where you'll be part of a dedicated team caring for adult patients with conditions ranging from cardiac issues and sepsis to post-stent and post-pacer recovery. Expect to work with a variety of equipment, including arterial lines, ventilators, and IV drips, all while sharpening your skills in a supportive environment that values adaptability and teamwork. The unit boasts a 1:4-5 nurse-to-patient ratio, a mix of adult diagnoses, and a focus on patient experience scores—all within a facility that encourages learning and growth.
