Job Description:

Join a dedicated cardiac cath lab team for a 13-week travel assignment in Portland, ME. This role is perfect for experienced Registered Nurses with at least two years in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology. You'll perform angiograms, IR procedures like paracentesis, thoracentesis, and nephrostomy tubes, as well as administer and recover sedation. The setting features five bays and one procedure room, offering a focused environment without the need for floating. Expect to work 8-hour days, with weekend rotations once a month and one night on-call per week. A supportive RN supervisor will oversee your work, and the schedule includes optional holiday shifts. Procedural scrubs are provided, and parking is free. This assignment offers a chance to hone specialized skills in a vibrant city with a welcoming community.
