Job Description:

Join a dedicated Labor & Delivery team in Spearfish for an engaging 13-week travel RN position, working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers the chance to care for a variety of patients, including those in labor, postpartum, antepartum, and newborns under 28 days old, in a Level 2A nursery environment. You’ll interpret fetal monitoring, conduct assessments for adults and neonates, and support a small but busy unit. The setting provides a mix of routine and complex cases, especially caring for sick infants and post-op Gyn-Surgicals, making it a unique opportunity for experienced L&D nurses eager to expand their skills in a close-knit community setting.
