Join our team as a travel healthcare professional in Salem, VA, working in a dedicated First Assist surgical unit. This 13-week assignment offers the opportunity to work 10-hour days in a well-equipped operating room, focusing on complex procedures such as craniotomies, spine fusions, liver resections, Whipple surgeries, and MAKO total joint cases. Your expertise in orthopedics, neurosurgery, and trauma will be put to good use, with a consistent schedule that minimizes surprises. You'll be an integral part of a skilled team providing top-notch care in a hospital setting known for its advanced technology, including Meditech documentation and state-of-the-art OR equipment. This role is perfect for licensed First Assist professionals proficient in ORTHO, DaVinci, and Neuro procedures, and offers the unique experience of rotating call on weeknights and weekends while maintaining a steady 40 hours per week.
