Job Description:

This contract position is ideal for ER Registered Nurses seeking a 13-week assignment in Melrose, MN. You will work a flexible 12-hour rotating shift, including every third weekend, providing critical emergency care in a hospital setting with 89 beds. The role requires managing adult and pediatric emergency cases, interpreting dysrhythmias, and possibly floating within scope to meet facility needs. The schedule offers a mix of day and night shifts, with an emphasis on a balanced workload within a friendly yet fast-paced environment. This assignment provides hands-on experience in a critical access hospital, allowing you to refine your emergency nursing skills while working with a collaborative team.
