Job Description:

This RN-OR travel assignment offers an exciting opportunity to work in a busy surgical setting, primarily covering OR shifts that include call, weekends, and holidays. The role requires experienced operating room nurses who excel in neuro and vascular procedures, with a demonstrated ability to handle trauma cases at Level 1 trauma centers. No block scheduling is involved, so flexibility is important. You’ll be responsible for supporting surgical teams, managing patient flow, and ensuring smooth perioperative processes. Access to electronic tools like Outlook, Workday, and Shift Wizard is necessary, so familiarity with these platforms is expected. Expect to work 10-hour days for approximately 13 weeks, providing a comprehensive glimpse into high-level surgical nursing across a variety of complex cases.
