Job Description:

Join a 13-week contract as a Quality/Infection/Education RN at Gundersen Tweeten Care Center in Spring Grove, MN. This role involves working 8-hour day shifts with some flexibility, providing essential oversight in a 38-bed LTC facility that offers both short-term and long-term care. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining infection control standards, educating staff and patients, and assisting on the floor as needed. You'll float to back-up floor nursing coverage and support the unit, gaining hands-on experience in a setting that values resilience, independence, and efficiency. This assignment offers a chance to engage in meaningful work while exploring a charming city known for its welcoming community and scenic surroundings.
