Job Description:

Join a specialized pediatric intensive care unit as a Respiratory Therapist working exclusively during overnight shifts. In this role, you'll provide vital respiratory and neuro diagnostics support to critically ill children, primarily in a Level 4 NICU setting. The job features a self-scheduling model, allowing for some flexibility within the constraints of a demanding 12-hour night schedule. This assignment offers the opportunity to work every other weekend and holiday, including two out of three winter holidays, giving you a balanced work-life experience. Your expertise will directly impact the care of children at a prominent children's hospital, utilizing advanced certifications such as RRT, NRP, and BLS. Experience in cardiac PICU and NICU environments is highly preferred, and flexibility with licensing—such as working with a Virginia license, including the possibility of a temporary—will help facilitate your start. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dedicated team in a setting where every shift makes a difference.
