Job Description:

Seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse with a strong background in transplant surgeries to join a dedicated team in Indianapolis. This 13-week contract involves working 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM), primarily focusing on abdominal transplants such as kidney, pancreas, liver, and intestinal/multi-visceral procedures. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of transplant experience, with certifications in BLS and regulatory charting for transplants. The RN will participate in call rotations totaling 40-60 hours over a six-week period, with flexibility needed for float shifts across all surgical specialties. This assignment offers the chance to work in a well-equipped facility with a vibrant transplant program, though local residents are not accepted, and having Indiana licensure or a valid compact/license is necessary at start.
