Job Description:

Join a busy Level I Trauma Center as an IMC/Stepdown/PCU RN on a 13-week travel assignment in Springfield, Illinois. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with a commitment of approximately 36 hours per week. You'll be providing specialized care in telemetry, neuro stepdown, and cardiovascular units, managing post-cardiac procedures, handling complex telemetry monitoring, and supporting patients with neurological and orthopedic needs. Flexibility is key—float within scope as needed, and work every other weekend. Experience in cardiology, neuro, trauma, or surgical areas is essential to thrive in this fast-paced setting. Certifications in BLS and NIH are required; ACLS is preferred. Active Illinois licensure is mandatory. This is a chance to fine-tune your skills while enjoying the vibrant city atmosphere.
