Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment at Hillside Hospital in Pulaski, TN, offers a chance to work in a 19-bed medical-surgical unit with adult and geriatric patient populations. As an RN or LPN, you will cover a rotating shift of 12-hour nights, providing critical support during overnight hours. Your responsibilities include managing patient flow, administering medications, and assisting with monitoring patient statuses using equipment like Welch Allyn vital machines and telemetry systems. The role includes evening and weekend call duties, emphasizing the importance of preparedness and flexibility. Standout features of this assignment include working with a dedicated team across multiple units, float coverage to ICU, ER, or OB when needed, and the opportunity to develop diverse clinical skills in a progressive hospital setting. Prior med-surg experience and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.
