Job Description:

This 20-week travel assignment places RN professionals in a Neuro IMCU setting for 12-hour night shifts, working in Lynchburg, Virginia. You'll be responsible for managing a diverse patient population, including neuro, cardiac, and medical-surgical cases, often handling acuity levels that require critical thinking and swift intervention. This role offers an excellent opportunity to sharpen charge responsibilities, enhance skills with Cerner systems, and collaborate with students and new hires. Orientation occurs every other Monday, and you'll contribute to maintaining optimal staffing during the holiday season, working at least one major holiday. Expect an intensive schedule with 48 hours per week and the chance to experience a setting in a supportive, teaching hospital environment.
