Job Description:

Join our team as an Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Denver, Colorado. You will perform a variety of ultrasound procedures, utilizing high-frequency sound waves to evaluate internal organs and vessels for diagnostic purposes. This role involves preparing exam rooms, securing informed consent, reviewing patient histories, and explaining exam procedures. You'll assess the patient’s condition, obtain quality images, and coordinate with physicians to ensure accurate documentation and communication. The position also includes maintaining the safety and functionality of ultrasound equipment, managing supplies, and assisting with patient transport when needed. Expect to work 10-hour days, with shifts scheduled Monday through Saturday, and some on-call responsibilities every 4-5 weeks.
