Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract calls for experienced nurses to work in a 28-bed Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) in Atlanta, Georgia. The role involves managing patients with cardiac conditions such as STEMI, NSTEMI, and C/P, including administering cardiac drips like Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors. The nurse may also care for telemetry patients with lower acuity levels. Shifts are 12 hours overnight, and the assignment lasts for 16 weeks, providing a steady rhythm to your work-life balance. It's a chance to specialize further in cardiac care, handling a patient ratio of approximately 1:3-4, and working in a facility that values experience in similar-sized units. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, along with documented PCU experience of at least two years. Ensure all demographic info, including a badge photo, is loaded for smooth onboarding.
