Job Description:

Join a dedicated ICU team in Minocqua, WI, for a 17-week travel contract specializing in adult and pediatric critical care. This role offers an engaging challenge—managing a diverse patient caseload including cardiac, pulmonary, neuro, skin, GI, GU, ortho, and outpatient cases. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing advanced care such as titrating drips like heparin and insulin, reading rhythm strips, and collaborating with RTs on ventilator management. The setting features a 20-bed unit with RN, CNA, and RT staff, ensuring a well-supported environment. Ideal for experienced ICU RNs looking to make a real impact in a close-knit community while enjoying the autonomy of managing complex patient conditions.
