Job Description:

Join a hospital setting where you'll step into the role of a dedicated nurse, providing care to a diverse patient population across various specialties. This float pool position involves working in medical, surgical, specialty units, hem/onc, and step-down units, with the possibility of assisting in the NICU for feeder growers. You'll assume responsibility for a group of patients, documenting responses to treatments, assisting physicians with minor procedures, and managing medication administration, including IV infusions and blood products. Your day-to-day will include monitoring patient conditions, sharing care plans with families, and coordinating care needs with other healthcare professionals. This role offers a unique opportunity to experience different hospital units, broadening your clinical expertise in a fast-paced environment.
