Job Description:

This critical care role places you in a hospital's Medical ICU, where you'll navigate complex cases involving ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and bedside procedures such as intubations and chest tube insertions. Working on 12-hour night shifts, you'll be the go-to professional providing advanced hemodynamic support and managing ventilators, with a focus on attentive patient monitoring and collaboration with dedicated staff. The unit operates with a small team, emphasizing critical thinking and flexibility to adapt to a variety of high-acuity scenarios—think of it as a well-oiled machine where every move counts. This assignment offers a unique chance to sharpen your skills with state-of-the-art equipment like TTM and IV pumps, all while supporting patients through their most fragile moments.
