Job Description:

This registered nurse position places you in a Post-Operative Open Heart Progressive Care Unit, focusing on cardiac and thoracic patients recovering from surgery. You'll work three or four overnight shifts of 12 hours each, providing critical monitoring and intervention for patients with chest tubes, central lines, and pacemakers. Expect a lively environment where float capabilities within scope are required, and a solid understanding of complex cardiac procedures is essential. This assignment offers an engaging opportunity to apply specialized skills in an acute care setting that values expertise in advanced cardiac devices and post-surgical care.
