Job Description:

Join a specialized Cardiovascular Neuro ICU as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Alexandria, VA. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work with complex neurological and cardiovascular patients, including stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage, brain tumors, and more. You will be responsible for managing titratable drips such as Norepinephrine, Epinephrine, and Vasopressin, and interpreting Phillips tele monitors. The shift features 12-hour nights in a unit consisting of 16 beds with a ratio of 1:2. Expect to pass an ECG exam on your second day, making this assignment both challenging and rewarding. It’s a prime chance to deepen your ICU expertise in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting where every shift keeps you on your toes.
