Job Description:

Join the team as a float Pool RN supporting adult inpatient care at Inova Alexandria Hospital. This position offers a chance to work in various units— from PCU and telemetry to medical-surgical and orthopedic floors— providing diverse experiences in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will be responsible for monitoring telemetry, interpreting ECGs, administering medications such as Cardizem and heparin drips, and responding to clinical changes with confidence. Flexibility is key, as you may be reassigned across different inpatient areas based on staffing needs. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, and the role is perfect for seasoned nurses who thrive on adaptability and collaboration to deliver safe, high-quality care across multiple units.
