Job Description:

Join a dedicated NICU team as a Registered Nurse on a 26-week travel contract in Charlottesville, Virginia. This role involves providing specialized care in a neonatal intensive care setting during 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You'll work a four-day weekly schedule, with a demanding yet rewarding experience caring for the tiniest patients. The assignment offers opportunities to work on clinical review panels with the chance to secure an auto-offer for either 13 or 26 weeks. The position requires BLS and NRP certifications, with some certifications, like Dr. Brown's Infant Driven Feeding, optional but recommended. You'll enjoy working through three weekends within a six-week rotation and may need to work two winter holidays. Additionally, the role provides flexibility in scheduling and requires a Virginia license, which can be submitted pending transfer.
